What do i need to do to prepare for your arrival?
For Real Estate Photos
Ensure the home is ready the day before the photoshoot. Majority of the time our photographers have other listings within the same day and will need to leave within a certain timeframe. Ensuring the house is ready before we arrive is very beneficial to ensure there is no need for a return visit, added travel fees, or delays in getting your photos to you.
Keep cars, trash cans, etc. out of the driveway and ensure they are not in front of the home. This helps to ensure there are no unwanted items in the photos. While our photographer goes the extra mile and remove small things while on site, if there is an excess of items, they will be left in place and may be in the photos.
Photoshop is definitely possible but this is subject to added fees and not always an option depending on the background.
Be sure to communicate key features of the home you want showcased in the photos as well as clear “do not” showcase items.
For Real Estate Videos
Provide an unlicensed song for the video to be edited with to avoid any copyright issues, and to ensure you like the song that will be added to the video.
